By providing personal information, USER expressly consents to the collection, use, disclosure and retention of USER'S personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy, herein referred to as the Privacy Policy, covers SITE's treatment of personal or personally identifiable information, herein referred to as Personal Information, that may be collected when USER is on the SITE and when USER uses SITE services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or individuals that SITE does not own or exercise supervisory control over, or to third party advertisers on the SITE.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for all TIX International sites (herein refered to as TIX). It applies solely to information collected by TIX websites. This Privacy Policy will notify USER of the following:

What information is collected

The amount and type of information we collect from you depends on your activities and use of our Web site. Below, we explain what information we collect.

We collect this information in different ways.
We may also obtain information from or about you in other ways. For example, we may verify user information with a service provider or combine your information with additional information we collect from other third parties or sources, as authorized and permitted by law. Also, we collect the information you send to us such as correspondence, customer satisfaction surveys or customer service communications, testimonials or User Content such as photos, blogs and writings.

What we do with that information

Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient and customized experience. We may use the information we collect to:
We may use your personal and account information to provide products and services you have requested, respond to communication from you, contact you, and as otherwise described in this policy. We may occasionally send you promotional or product information. If you do not wish to receive promotional or product information, you may opt out of future communications by following the instructions in the e-mail communication or contacting your account manager. We may also analyze and act upon your personal and account information as part of our standard business practices. If you become our customer, we may send you updates on important information about our company and services.

When browsing our site, you are not required to provide any personal information unless and until you choose to make a purchase or sign up for one of our email newsletters or other services, as described below. We do not knowingly permit the site to be used by any person under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children (meaning those younger than 13 years of age). A valid credit card is required to make a purchase on our site.

We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as we reasonably need it. We may alter this practice according to changing requirements. For example, we may delete some data if needed to free up storage space. We may keep other data for longer periods if the law requires it. In addition, information posted in a public forum could stay in the public domain indefinitely.

Data management requests are administered in an orderly manner to the extent feasible and within our direct control. Please note that we have greater control over recently collected data than over archived data. Once data is removed from the system and archived, it may not be feasible to accommodate specific requests. In those cases, our general data retention policy applies.

The special features on our site require the majority of the information we request in order to function properly. The other information and optional questions give us additional information about our user base that helps us improve the site.

We share information between our buyers and sellers that allow them to complete a ticket sale, like name, shipping address and other information that might be included on the ticket. We may also disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements (for example, in response to requests by federal, state or local authorities, including tax authorities, subpoenas, court orders or other legal process) or in the good-faith belief that disclosure is legally required, enforce our policies, establish or exercise our legal rights or protect anyone's rights, property or safety.

You have certain choices about how we use your information.
To stop receiving promotional or marketing emails or to opt-out of having USER’S information send to third parties for marketing purposes, USER can follow the instructions in any promotional email USER receives from SITE. Even if USER opts out of receiving promotional or marketing emails, USER will still be contacted with transactional messages.

Site and Sponsor are the sole users of the information collected on this Site. Site only has access to or collects information that User voluntarily gives Site via email or other direct contact from User. Site may sell your personal information to non-financial organizations, such as companies engaged in direct marketing and the selling of consumer products and services. Site may also share User’s information with affiliated entities of Site to provide joint content and services and to market the products and services of such entities.

Site will use User’s information to respond to User regarding the reason User contacted us. Site will not share User’s information with any third party outside of Site’s organization, other than as necessary to fulfill User request, e.g. to ship an order, or, in some instances, to partner with another company to provide certain content, programs and services such as those disclosed in the previous paragraph. In those cases, Site will require Site’s third party agents to maintain the confidentiality of the data. In those situations, when User provides personal information, it may be sent directly to the partner company, or Site may share the information with Site’s partner company. Unless User asks Site not to, Site may contact User in the future to tell User about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Site is not responsible for the policies or offerings of any third party, and Site urges User to review third party’s policies and terms and conditions, as they may vary.

In addition, Site will respond to a verified law enforcement, or other governmental department request or subpoena relating to a criminal investigation, alleged illegal activity, or identity theft. In such events, Site will disclose information relevant to the investigation such as name, city, state, zip code, telephone number, email address, fraud complaints, IP address, and credit card information. Site may also share such information with third parties for the purposes of investigating or preventing fraudulent activities. Site reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that it believes, in good faith, to be unlawful. Session data and Cookies

Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts may be used by TIX and our marketing partners, affiliates, or analytics. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.

We collect information contained in cookies, such as your purchases and log in data, to personalize your shopping experience. Your browser must accept cookies if you wish you add items to a shopping cart. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.

We automatically log generic information about your computer's connection to the Internet, which we call "session data," that is anonymous and not linked to any personal information. Session data consists of things such as IP address, operating system and type of browser software being used and the activities conducted by the user while on our site. An IP address is a number that allows computers, such as our web servers, know where to send data back to the user via the internet, such as the pages on the site that the user wishes to view. We collect session data because it helps us analyze such things as what items visitors are likely to click on most, the way visitors are clicking through the site, how many visitors are surfing to various pages on the site, how long visitors to the site are staying and how often they are visiting. It also helps us diagnose problems with our servers and lets us better administer our systems. Although such information does not identify any visitor personally, it is possible to determine from an IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the approximate geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on this site. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close you browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser's "help" file. Our Web site also uses "cookie" technology to make your visits more convenient. You are free to reject or "not accept" all TIX cookies. If you reject the cookies you will still be able to use all of TIX features, but we will not be able to customize your future visits. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Some of our business partners (Yahoo Search Marketing) use cookies on our site. We have no access to or control over these cookies.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. Of course, by changing the options on your web browser or using certain software programs, you can control how and whether cookies will be accepted by your browser. TIX supports your right to block any unwanted internet activity, especially that of unscrupulous websites. However, blocking TIX cookies may disable certain features on our site and may make it impossible to purchase or use certain services available on the site. Please note that it is possible to block cookie activity from certain web sites while permitting cookies from sites you trust, like TIX.

When you first use our Site and Services, TIX may send a cookie to your computer that identifies you as a unique user. We may use session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to store your preferences, identify you and maintain your signed-in status, and provide you with a more personal and interactive experience. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or delete persistent cookies by following your browser's help instructions. If you choose to disable cookies, some of our services may not work properly and you may not be able to buy and sell tickets. We may also use web beacons, which are typically small graphic objects or pixels that are embedded in a web page. These web beacons allow us or our provider(s) to check that a user has viewed a web page.

We may use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 or Flash to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 or Flash to collect and store information. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs. To manage Flash LSOs please click here.
