When will I receive my tickets?
We guarantee you will receive your tickets in time for the event. All tickets are in hand unless otherwise noted. Tickets that are in hand will ship by FedEx within 4 days of your order. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Other delivery options that may be available are:
• Electronic delivery - You will be able to view and print your tickets from your account. If the tickets are available for Instant Download, they will be available immediately and ready to print within minutes.
• Electronic Transfer – Tickets are transferred to your account and claimed via your credit card at the venue.
• Will Call / Local Pick-up – Specific instructions will be provided.
Can I send my tickets to a different address than the billing address?
Yes, tickets can be sent to any address. You must first fill out a credit card authorization to approve the shipping address change. Depending on how close the event is, however, someone might have to sign for the tickets on delivery.
It is very close to the day of the event and I do not have my tickets. Is something wrong?
We guarantee tickets will arrive in time for the event. In some rare cases, tickets may not arrive until the day before the event. This is generally because the box office has released the tickets late. If this applies to you, then you will be notified by us directly.

Why do the ticket prices vary?
Ticket prices can vary from venue to venue and artist to artist. There are sellers (individuals and secondary ticket agencies) who sell their tickets at prices of their choice. It is one of the benefits of choosing to purchase on the secondary market. You get to choose the artist, venue, seat and price. If you don't like a listing, there are several others that you can pick over it. It just depends on you!
Why are some tickets priced differently within the same section?
This is an open marketplace and prices are set by individual sellers. Our unique marketplace allows you to see and filter all of the available tickets to help you find the exact tickets you want. If you don't find what you're looking for, check back often! Our listings are constantly updated, and sellers regularly adjust prices as an event approaches based upon event news, supply and demand, and other circumstances.
Why are some tickets listed without seat numbers?
Many ticket sellers do not want the specific seats shown online because it could reveal their identity. In order to protect both the buyer and seller's privacy, seat numbers are not disclosed until tickets have shipped.

What happens if my event has been rescheduled?
If the event is rescheduled, the original ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled date. If an event is postponed but the rescheduled date has not been announced, your tickets will still be good for the event's new date when it is announced.
What happens if the event that I've bought tickets for has been cancelled?
If an event is cancelled, we will gladly refund you the amount paid for the tickets in full. If you have received your tickets for the cancelled event, we would ask for you to return the tickets to us. Once received by our team, we will process the refund for you. You don't need to do anything if you haven't already received the tickets; we will process a refund automatically.

Can I cancel an order once it’s submitted?
Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order. All sales are final and there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, as is standard industry policy. This is our policy unless a show is cancelled completely (and not just postponed).
